anyone know when the banana festival is this year - last year it was about 10th of february - and it was held near crematorium between Calangute and Baga

This years banana festival (2007) takes place from Wed 7th to Wed 14th Feb.
It's held at the temple near to Estrela Do Mar Hotel - very noisy, colourful affair!!!
