I haven't stayed at either hotel but know a few who have stayed at the Bel Aire and all were very happy with it. It is only 5 minutes away from the Landmark where I have stayed and as we are beside Nana skytrain stop it does make Bel Aire very convenient. There are also loads of good restaurants in that area.
I stayed at the Bel Air Princess this year and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are very well equipped and the pool are is pretty good. Lovely breakfast too, also the position is in my opinion fantastic just a couple of minutes walk to the skytrain and surrounded by shops , also plenty of restaurants and market stalls nearby.
