It's definitely worth a try. What are the problems at this hotel?

HI Glenis, The hotlels own website description is differant to the hotel description on the Thomascook brouchre, Hotel says 2 ala carte restarants and Brouvhre says thier are 5, the water sports are now payable and the AI hrs have been changed to 12 from 24hr, so do you think i should phone Thomascook and ask them for the same free transfer and givr me a refund for the admin charge i paid or should i go back to the TA and ask them to phone them and ask Thomas cook, why should i have been charged the admin when 5 families have been given a free transfer.
