The only way to find out whether diy or a package is cheaper is to price it up both ways. There is no hard and fast rule about it, though more often diy is cheaper. However if you are hoping to book the Barut Lara for this summer, it may well already be fully booked, at least through packages, as it is a highly recommended hotel.
