All I can say is- the reviews are all 5 stars and well deserved. The sample menu was the one we got and I chose-
  • Lobster Ravioli, Canadian Lobster, Crushed Green Peas, Loch Fyne Scallop, Seafood Croquant with Lobster Bisque Emulsion & Parmesan Lemongrass Foam
  • Sous Vide of Duck Breast serving with Sweet Potato Confit, Duck Rillettes Croquette, Braised Red Cabbage, Pumpkin Puree, Pear Conference, Caramelized Onion & Mandarin Jus
  • Tonka Vanilla Panacotta, Vanilla-cointreau panacotta, Raspberry sorbet, Rhubarb compressed, Meringue & lemon fluid gel
It is quite expensive but you definitely get what you pay for! We took the alcohol option-you get beer if you want and a different wine with each course- and as much as you want. No stinting!
Lovely relaxing cruise, a piano player and superb food and service. We will definitely return!
