Is it a new Marina development in Hergla, purely for tourists. Am I right in saying that Hergla is just North of PEK.

What kind of size were the properties, did they have gardens.

The new marina one mile north of Hergla will be known as MARINA Al Qoussour. It will cost around a billion pounds and be comprised of

-more than 4,000 residential units with villas, houses and apartments located at the edge of the lake, of the beach, the marina or at the edge of the quay.

-6 hotels ranging from luxury hotels to 4*hotels at the edge of the beach and at the Marina.

-Yacht clubs, beach clubs, sports clubs.

-18-hole golf course, etc.

The marina project offers a series of unequalled panoramic landscapes going from natural lakes, to the plantations of olive-trees around the lake, a forest (EL Medfoun), to beaches with white sand.
