there is a restaurant on the beach in cavelosim opposite the old anchor its a permanent building so its a bit more up market than a beach shack it has a flush toilet and it has sun beds outside there is also a clean flush toilet at johncys in benaulim

We found a really nice shack called Pipkins in Cavelosim, but cant remember whether it was opposite Old Anchor, in that area though. We came to Riverview one day for lunch and realised we'd never been on the beach at Cavelosim, so after lunch we asked our taxi driver to take us where he could park so we could see the beach , so he took us there. They had lovely clean toilets. Now we always call in there for a drink every time we go to Riverview, its a lovely menu and we keep promising ourseves to have lunch there oneday. The staff are very friendly too

The problem with Jonceys is there are no sunbeds because the fish nets are left to dry all day on the each.

Hi John Woody
No we have'nt been to Fishermans Wharf, but we fancy giving it a try in November also want to check out Palm Grove and this keeps cropping up on recommended restaurants. Is it on the left as you come into Cavelosim from Varca and its painted orange? sure we've passed it, not sure where the restaurant is though as we've never seen any signs for it. We will find it though!
