Got a quote off Flyglobespan leaving directly from Glasgow. Just under £2,000 for 2 adults & child. 2 weeks all inclusive in Sharm for june 10.
We going to book just wanted check from others who are regulars to Egypt on here, what they think of this. Thanks.
Alot of other T/Ops we need to fly from Man, We would rather fly from GLA alot easier.
What hotel is this for Bri ?
Hi, I've not been to the Ghazala Gardens but the reviews on Tripadvisor are consistently good. The hotel is part of the Red Sea Hotels chain which I would certainly recommend, having stayed in their hotels 8 times. As a comparison I've also used the Novotel, Movenpick, Conrad, Marriott and Hilton chains in Egypt - all hotels renowned for quality, but given the opportunity would choose Red Sea Hotels each time!
The Ghazala Gardens (not Ghazala Beach) is a very nice relatively newly refurbished hotel which has a fantastic pool area with sand to represent a beach. Some of the rooms have access in to the pool straight from their terrace and these rooms are excellent but do come at a higher price.
The hotel has a very high proportion of German guests and as such has good standards.
The Ghazala Gardens has access to the beach over the main road and down through the Ghazala beach hotel, it is also located centrally with easy access to the main resort area.
Try clearing the cookies from your computer and then try getting a price again as sometimes that can make a difference to the price if you have already had a quote then go back again, the prices do vary almost on a daily basis.
I have taken a look this morning and Thomson (Tui) have AI packages from Glasgow to Sharm middle of June next year starting at £1712 for 2Ad +2Ch to 4* hotel for a fortnight.
Thomas Cook appear a bit more expensive.
Graham
Will have a look on Thompsons.
