Lucky you off to the Belcekiz! No it's quite informal. Most people do dress quite nicely for dinner but longer type shorts are worn. Have a great time it's a fab hotel. 
You should be OK in shorts.
Dress code is fairly relaxed, but anything too OTT might be frowned upon.

pretty relaxed dress code at the belcekiz colin
i tend to wear smart shorts and flip flops in the evening
far too warm for trousers and shoes for me
