If you are there you should go to the life group that plays in the heartbreak hotel cafe at the levante beach at sunday afternoon, i think they start at 16:00.

Hi thinking of going to benidorm in march for partners 40th could anyone recommend a good hotel near beach ,bars ,entertainment will be taking our daughter who will be 7 will the weather be warm and is the theme park open all year round many thanks in advance

Hi Murgy, I too went to Beni for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed it.

Terra Mitica was only open on a weekend at that time but it's 4 years ago now.
I have been having a look on the website and it looks as though it opened on 24th March this year but closes Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I don't know if it will be the same next year.

This year we stayed in the Sol Pelicanos which seems to fit what you are looking for. It's a good hotel, very clean nice food e.t.c. very central near to bars restaurants and the beach and it also has a kiddies club but you would have to check to see if it ran at that time of the year.

I have been twice now in March and the weather has been quite good both times. mid 60's and generally sunny although chilly on an evening.

We went to the Benidorm Palace for my birthday which I would highly recommend, it was fabulous.

Yes as Sue said,Terra Mitica opens towards the end of March,but only for 2 days a week until summer season starts.We go every year in March,and the weather has always been good,but you will need a jacket at night.We have stayed at the Sol Pelicanos a couple of times,and enjoyed it,last 2 times stayed at Villa de Benidorm over the road from Pelicanos,and booked again for next March,all inclusive hotel,both a great location for the beach, and nightlife.

we went to benidorm last year in july for a week and it was great. What is the weather like in march? i know it wont be as hot but can you still go on the beach??

We have been a few times in March and while we have been lucky with the weather it was definately not sunbathing weather.
Most of the bars and eating places were open, although a lot quieter than what they would be in July.

Me and 10 other mates are heading over on a stag do 25th - 27th march. Can't wait. Never been before, hope there's plenty of bars open this time of year but from what I've heard/read I think that's a given.

We're going the 1st week in April and are hoping for a couple of days sunbathing like we had last year in the Costa Del Sol. A fleece at night doesn't bother us, because we're usually indoors

Ive always found Benidorm hotter than Costa del Sol in March and April,always got a good tan in Benidorm then

Great Crispy - hope you're right. It's hard knowing what sort of clothes to pack at that time of year isn't it?

I was there in 2006 in March (middle of month) and we had great weather, only a couple of overcast days, and only needed a cardi a couple of times.
Going the same time this year, and hoping for more of the same....

i go to benidorm every march , the weather is great , maybe 65-68 degrees most days .

sorry to see that your on the quiet side of beni,did you just walk into a travel agent and say we want to go to beni, cos they will put you anywhere!!!! see link your hotel furthest on the left.you could have stopped in the palm court (self catering) or ruidor hotel or dynastic hotel a/i all pretty central .
