My memory of Levante beach is of a fairly level promenade with easy access for wheelchairs. A few of the side roads are a bit steep but in the main you should have very few problems. One thing to be absolutely certain of is that the hotel you are staying in is wheekchair friendly - some of them say they are when in fact they are anything but. Enjoy your holiday!
Sorry I should have said apartments, not hotel
Thank you so much for that information it has really put my mind at ease. Like you said people tend to tell you anything to get you to book a holiday so to hear it from the genuine public who have experienced the area for themselves is quite reasuring. I can now look forward to a wonderfull time in the sun with my family. Thank you again for the information. Much apreciated
http://www.reliamobility.co.uk they rent out mobility scooters, but they also give you lots of information about Benidorm and surrounding areas for wheelchair users, including accessible beaches and info about Alicante airport.
