Has anyone used these for flights? Posted this in Flights Only but got no replies

They have a flight to Goa which is good for my travel times but, checking the reviews on Google they seem to have more negative reviews than postive

I used Benz Travel to book a 4 day break to Dublin and they were very good. They booked all our accommodation and travel and we were very happy with what we got.

Booked with this company for our last Xmas flights to Orlando and again in August
this year to Jamaica no problems.both flights were with Virgin Atlantic and were cheaper
than booking direct
