Just being careful here as not booked a cruise before let alone through an american based company.

Booked two NCL last year, and would use again
The CC was charged by NCL(fairly common practice). for cruise and other items booked.
A bit slow with email responces so if you know exactly what you want and are unlikely to need "service" then no problems.
