In your opinion what would you say is the best rated hotel in Icmeler. I know they say 5 stars but which hotel actually is a 5 star hotel in Icmeler. I look forward to peoples thoughts:)
Thanks in advance
Jonny
I'm no Icmeler expert but don't think there are too many 4 and 5 star hotels in the resort, if any. Based on my own limited experience the best I've seen was the Marti De luxe Resort hotel, it's not AI but Hb,on our guided tour of the hotel we thought it was very very classy! This is a very subjective question,it depends on what you are looking for in a hotel?Just had a wee look at the Thomas Cook site and we definitely could not afford the Marti!LOL!

For me it has to be The Marti, I have stayed there twice.
The grounds are lovely and the pools fantastic, plenty of room.
I know there have been reviews saying the rooms could be refurbished but we found them fine, spacious with safes in the room included in the price.
Food was also well presented with plenty of choice.
Nice beach with sunbeds, mattresses and beach towels all included.
I loved it and would return if only the prices were not so high.
I also stayed in The Joy Munimar, although nicely furnished did not have the wow factor, pool area small. We only managed to get a bed around the pool ONCE in the fortnight. The beach was alright but you was charged 5 lira for the mattresses per day.
Food was fine but we never managed to get a decent table until the last night, always stuck in a corner!
There was some nice rooms with sea views but we never managed to see inside one. So for us it has to be The Marti everytime!

I did notice last year that Thomas Cook was doing a AI package but very expensive, over £2,000 each in early June.(2 weeks)
Must say Thomas Cook was the cheapest when I looked. First Choice quite a bit more. Thomson howver, no longer deal with the hotel. To book direct would cost even more!

I do think the prices look a bit steep but i have recently moved to Moscow and have just checked the prices here and its coming up at 400 pound each for a week including flights and transfers for the 30th August. Does this seem pretty good? I think it is!!
i can tell you one that doesnt reach its 5 star and thats the marmaris palace, definately avoid that one
