Hi, We have property in Los Altos, LaCinuelica. It is a ten minute walk to the beach. Nice restaurants etc. I would suggest that you take time to look around the area, Los Altos covers a big area. It all depends what you want around you. Entre Golf is quite a distance from the beach area, so you would need to travel in a car. Although it is called 'golf' I dont think there is a golf course there. Look at re sale properties, you can get some very good deals at much cheaper prices than looking at the new builds. pm me if you want specific info.

Would suggest that you rent somewhere first for a while so you can check out the area and make sure that you like the area. I live in Torrevieja not far from Los Altos where the previous poster has a place. I love it here but not for everyone. Depends if you want to live out here or use it as a holiday home. I agree it is maybe best to rent before you buy and resales are much safer and better value than new builds. Entre Golf is okay but you would need a car as it is in the middle of nowhere as regards shops bars and golf courses. 130,000 would buy you a 2 bed resale near the Plaza and also pay your legal fees and stamp duty.
