Kos should be warm [not hot] usually around 22 to 26 deg, likewise Cyprus [warmer on the east coast than the west] but in both cases expect [but it may not happen] a couple of days with rain.. usually showers

if you want warmer Greece then look at Rhodos [Rhodes ]

or if you fancy Spanish then any of the Canaries

The Antalya area of Turkey is usually the warmest but we have been to Icmeler (Dalaman)for the last few years in October and its always been lovely apart from last year when we had a couple of days of rain.
I have photos taken on the beach at 9.30pm with the temperature showing 21c
