Id say it would still be worth it, even if your only going for a week.

You could combine the trip with a nice restaurant in the evening, then drive back to your hotel in the evening.
A nice day trip out, better than sitting on the beach all day every day
I am soo excited, ive already backed my suitcases, just need to pack the travel iron when i find it, and my hair dryer then im done.
Flying with MyTravel, found them good last year, but this month it seems that their a322's are on Hajj lease, so they are using their boeing 737's, or something like that, which doesnt have any seat back tv's
Thats the only reason we chose MyTravel, their usual Inflight entertainment on long haul is good, but not this month

Thanks tightjock - certainly looks like a good trip to do. Any idea's as to the cost of a Taxi including getting it to wait for the day?

We drove from Candolim to Palolem by Jeep.

Took us about 3-4 hours to make the journey but it's a great drive.

Betty's is at Mobor beach which is about 2/3 of the way down so I would allow 2-2 1/2 hours.
