If the weather conditions are ok how about John Grays Sea Canoe. They do different trips but the one we did tooks us inside a couple of hongs, and had us taking lunch while watching a sea eagle fishing for his. You get a guide who does for the paddling for you and you get a chance to do it yourself.

I'm really upset i've never done John Gray's Sea Canoe, everyone states how amazing they are. There are tonnes of competitors, but probably best to stick to them as they have the right ethos, and I know at some points they can get booked up, so maybe drop them a line in advance

Sams right about the ethos which is more about a concern for the environment they are working in and the staff they employ. Other companies may be cheaper but often they are not paying the guide who then has to rely on tips.
