Thanks for that Briar.

We had an e-mail from Oktay the other day, to say that we can stay at the Manuela in May.
We will miss Johnny and Charlie, but it will be nice to go see them at their own restaurant. Should be a fun place. Good luck to them. :gluck

Nette, did you have any personal news to pass on while we were away?

Hi everyone,

I was talking to one of the guys from the Manuela last night, apparently Charlie and John will be taking over Ali's restaurant beside the Golden Spoon. That will be a tough pitch, but I'm sure they will be successful.

Don't know who the chef is though!

The Manuela has always been in my 'favourites' and thats the new website it comes up with, when I press it.

It seems a bit strange. The prices are all wrong aswell!!!

Ive emailed Oktay to let him know.

The email address under 'contact' is to a 'nilufer turizm' company...

Hmmmm... bit puzzling. :?

Mine brings nothing up under 'contact'

It all seems a 'bit unfinished'

The prices are in euros and dollars as well as lira. Nothing in sterling.

Hope they get it sorted. Is Oktay in Turkey, or taking his hols in Cuba?

Will keep checking the site.

Got an email off Oktay....

He is in Chile at the moment...

and going to fix it as soon as possible!!!

(I don't think the pictures up at the moment do it any justice!!!) :(
