I don't think you will find many boat trips from Salou - Simply because I'm sure there is not too much to see up or down the coast
Although Cambrils has a harbour, I'm pretty sure it is (or was) more commercially orientated for fishing vessels.
Salou itself has no facilities, I can recall, to cater for pleasure craft.
The area coastline itself is a little different from the typical "Island" type resort (ie straighter with not too many bays) hence the same may apply to snorkeling
Sorry can't be of more help.
It leaves twice a day..t about 10.00 am and later at I think 3.00 pm...and headsout into the bay, travells along the coast and stops for a brief swim.
All drink, alcoholic and non-alcoholice is FREE
The cost last year fro us 2 adults and 7 year old daughter was 50 Euros...20 Euros per Adult and 10 Euros per child
We had a great time and are looking forward to it again next year.
All the best,
Tom
Another nice one is the coastal cruise. on a glass bottom boat to a small village called ammetilla de mar which has a good market. 38 euro adult including drinks. there are also others which include food. the company that runs them is call creuers costa dorada and you rep / hotel will be able to book them for you.
