Gumbet is about 10 minutes from Bodrum on a dolmus.Bitez is a
about 15 minutes on a dolmus.
Transfers ?You mean to and from airport.Generally to anywhere on the Bodrum peninsular its 40 to 45 minutes .
Lots of lovely places to live in Bodrum area.

I did mean from the airport - so anywhere on the pen is roughly 45 mins - it looks so big on the Bodrum map - I was expecting you to say 90 mins

Just goes to show you we really dont know the area very well!

Im spending all my free time on the net - doing research - but after a while all the apartments/villas look the same - they probably are though as Ive found lots of agents selling the same ones - soooo confusing

I know what you mean and also if you contact the agents the price on the net is old and its gone up by 5 grand!! one we contacted was up for £45,000 and we were sent the details and then another agent went to see it (so we were told) and said no thats too cheap and it went up to £65,000!! we couldnt believe it!!!

Hi Samur!

Getting out there is becoming a problem - we are in Side in June/July for our holidays (booked long before we made the decision to buy) and this takes up my daughters holiday allowance from school - so we cant really go unless its during school breaks - this then becomes difficult as were both busier at work then!!

We want to fund our own trip so that we can look around agents during the mornings, then Hubby goes to view and take photos and make a short list, so that I can stay with our daughter so she doesnt get bored and then all of us go to view the best ones after a few days.

Im tired out just thinking about it
