Not stayed there but it seems to be a popular choice on http://www.tripadvisor.com
It's just down the road from a hotel i often use (Grange Holborn) and i think the location is great. British Museum, Oxford Street, Soho, West End and Covent Garden all in easy walking distance or if you want to travel a little further Russell Square or Holborn tube stations are close by.
