atleast youve got your free childs place cant think of a username

my other half thinks im quite sad for booking our holiday 8 months in advance.

i'm so excited, i really cant wait, ive even started my holiday clothes shopping and my suitcase is nearly full. i know im sad but i cant help it.

there are so many good sales on at the moment, its a good job ive got 20kg's because i know i'm gonna go over,

i've never been to side, ive always tried to stay in marmaris.

Your husband will feel sad if you didn't get a free child and had to pay double the price for leaving booking to later date. Holidays come out in april and next year I will be booking over a year in advance.

If will book next april for turkey in 2009 I don't know but mate of mine wants me to go to jamaica with but I think the good A/I are a bit pricey.

Next year will be my first time to turkey and after reading all the hype about turkey on these forums I hope it is as good as people say it is. The hemera has got fab reviews and looks lovely after its refurb. I can't wait.

I have booked for next June, DIY staying in a villa at Club Orka in Ovacik and flying with Aegean flights

works out at roughly £300 each with private transfers and ins. Been twice before and love it.

Back to Icmeler DIY on 1st August 2008 for 17 Days, 2 Adults, 2 Children (Both at High School) for £345 each, includes Flights, Private Transfers, Acommodation, AirCon and Safe. Never been so cheap but managed to get excellent flight price with Aegean.

Glad I booked early as tonight just for the flights, Aegean are asking for £297 each, and Excel want £359, Thomas Cook £332 and First choice £390.

I would never ever book my hol with agent you can do it so much cheaper if you take some time to trawl the net.
We are going last week in June for two weeks £80 return flights with Agean, £ 238 with AC and transferes from Dalaman to Dalyan.
Going one way Sept £31 again with Aegean, found nice one bed apartment £15 per night staying two months, while we look for house to rent, just shop around.

We're off to the Belcekiz Beach in Olu Deniz at the end of July 2008. We always go AI when we go to Turkey and usually use one of the main tour operators. This hotel is only available through Thomson/Portland and their price was around £3200 for 2 adults and a 13 year old (now classed as an adult :evil:

) travelling for 14 nights on 28th July. We put together a DIY using Thomson's 'Build Your Own' feature on their website and paid £2085 for the 3 of us flying on 31st July from Gatwick with British Airways. A bargain!!! :lol:

The hemera in side has child prices to 14 with all tour ops except any airtours company. Thomas cook and cosmos has free child place for next year. I snapped on up. I was surprised free child places were still available considering I only booked last month. Most of the dates have gone now and thomas cook still have free child place on 26 august from gatwiick or luton, and cosmos have the 7 and 14 september.

We are booked for 16th July 2008 to Sun apartments Marmaris for 2 weeks. 2 adults, 3 kids (16,15 and 8.) £720 all in. Bargain!!

It would be uselful if people put on this post how they got there cheap holiday - eg what site did you book your flights and accommodation with.

Its a bit harder to get a cheap deal from glasgow - especially if you want to go to the antalya regio as only thomas cook fly there - any advice?

Booked up for June 2008 in a brand new hotel in Belek called the Club Voyage ,we have stayed at the Sun Zeynep six times now since june 2005 and love it ,but we came across this one and as it sounded so good we decided to give it a try. We will go back to the Sun Zeynep in September if all goes well.
