A word of warning. The Spanish police are on a "go slow". The Q's to get into Gibraltar are bigger and slower than ever!!!! Saturday night at 9pm still endured over 1 hour. Today 1 and 1/2 hours between 10am and 11.30am. They are being very slow because of Industrial Action and are checking every passport and often running the documents through the computer. Also the number "on duty" is small. And they call it a democratic Europe!!!! Seems tho' that delay going out not quite so bad for a change however time will tell on that.

We came back out after the coach trips left - about 1/4 to 4 and had about the same wait. We had no hassle with the Customs except he want to see the amount of cigarettes we had - none and no booze - lots of other shoppping but he just waved us through.
The biggest car Q we had was on the N340 due to a big pile up.
Believe me - go slow still on. I came in on Tuesday afternoon. joined Q to get IN to Gibraltar at 14.30. We crossed the border at 16.30. Going OUT is not so much the problem certainly....especially if you get the correct "time of day".
