We have an apartment in Sunny beach near to Marvel Hotel, both we and our rental guests have been using HHB Travel numerous times in the last 3 years. I would highly recommend anybody to pre-book with them. I believe they have a fleet of around 10 vehicles, they are all modern and clean. There is also a 24 hrs emergency contact telephone number on the booking confirmation, which I think is very useful and gives you peace of mind. Our favourite driver is Krasi, he collected us on a few occasions and is very polite and helpful.
