that address is in Google Streetview but the database has an abbreviation which will confuse searches.

In Google Maps (NOT Google Earth) search for

Srv. Benito Freitas - Ingleses Florianópolis ,Brazil

you can then drag the little orange man onto the street to launch the Streeview. Few of the properties have numbers but there are some respectable looking apartments and a few individual houses. But the high numbered end was too tight for Google's survey car so the actual building may be just out of view near the beach!
