I have just seen this mentioned in the News and I would like to send my deepest sympathy to the family and friends of those people who have died in this dreadful accident. MyraLock

I read about this in the morning paper,it's terrible.
My deepest sympathy goes out to the families of both women.

I am shocked to realise that the lovely local girl who lost her life was somebody I knew.
She was such a beautiful, sweet person and will be missed by her loving family and her other 'family' at the hotel where she worked. Everyone there loved her.

Our thoughts are with them and also the family of the lady from Jersey who sadly died.

As an ex Channel Islander, born and bred in Jersey, my heart goes out to Marion O'Hara's family and friends, Jersey is a very tight knit community, and the tragic loss will be felt by many.

I could not believe my eyes on reading the on -line JEP as I always do, to keep in touch with local life since I have left those shores.
