They do have a good reputation. I stayed there in 2001 about 6 months after they had opened and thought they were excellent.

Each apartment consists of bathroom, kitchen, quite a large lounge and a bedroom with two beds (both doubles if memory serves).

The balcony is also large and, if you get an apartment on the end, goes round the end of the building.

Grassy area round the outdoor pool is very worn - in fact, I don't think it ever had the time to get bedded in properly.

Bar is OK, there's snacks for sale and entertainment on some nights.

Is VERY close to Levante Club Hotel - from the apartments on one side you can see what people are eating in there! - and therefore gets affected by it for exposure to the sun.

Only used by MyTravel - if you can get a cheap price then I'd say go for it.

We're booked to go these apartments in September. Great deal through FlyGlobespan. We chose them after checking out various reviews, which all seemed very favourable.

Good tip about the end apartment Frank, may try to contact them nearer the time and see if we could get one of those.

Really looking forward to visiting Benidorm again.....I think these aparments are a wee bit out of the way, but that suits us.

Does anyone know if these apartments have a full bath as well as a shower? I love a good soak!!

These apartments do have a full bath but the shower is in the bath as well rather than being separate

Hi not stayed at the Buena Vista but have done both sc and hotel several times. In the winter months have found it more cosy in an hotel and better for somewhere to go if the weather is not the best.

Thanks for your reply, Christine. Have decided to wait for a decent price on a hotel for next winter. I too have stayed in apartments in winter and you are right, a hotel is better bet on a cold, wet day in Benidorm! Also, I notice that the good deal on the Buena Vista apartments has vanished from the Mytravel website, so it's a good job I have changed my mind!!
