thinking of going to Bulgaria for the first time next August.
there will me be me the missus and our 14 year old daughter and possibly one of her friends.
Have a completely open mind as to which resort.
Would appreciate recommendations for good self catering accommodation that will be close to shops ,bars and restaurants and also have some activities and like;y to have children the same age as my daughter.
Thanks in advance.
Jim
Hi!Sunny Beach is the best resort for me,may be because i'm 19 years old .yes,it's really good for young people, there are plenty of activities and entertainment,a lot of bars,resataurants,discos...There are a lot of hotels and near every hotel there are shops and restaurants, every hotel has a pool...The disadvantage of Sunny beach is that at night it's getting very noisy, especially if you are staying at some of the hotels round the centre.I think the other resort-Golden Sands is also very good and quieter
But there is another possibility for you staying here.St.Vlas is not a resort but a small town,4 km from Sunny Beach. It is very nice and quieter(better than Sunny Beach). There are also a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes. The beach is very good also. There are a lot of private houses and hotels. And there are buses going to Sunny beach every half an hour.If you have any other questions, just ask
