Not sure that I understand your question - Varna, like Sofia, is a city not a limited-season holiday resort.

Hi Baldur, what I mean is the resorts next to the sea are they seasonal, dont know anything about Varna is that worth seeing? we are going for 5-6 nights hopefully from Stansted

The Black Sea coastal resorts are seasonal and you may well find that at least some of their facilities will be closed/closing in October.
