Apparently so, don't have any further details as yet but I have a friend who works at a news agency (not a Newsagent) and they have confirmed this story

The only thing worrying is if you consider this is the first time since Goa`s liberation that anything like this has happened, it is pretty common in the North of India in the big cities, but never here

i didnt realise it was further away, the sky news report i read said it was in goa by the coast, just a bit worrying
