I have old timetables of the local busses.Torremolinos-Benalmadena Costa- Fuengirola is Bus # 17.Malaga-Torremolinos-Benalmadena Costa is #1.But you might get more info here http://www.ctsa-portillo.com

Just sit on the bus stop until the bus comes. The sign on the front will tell you where it is going....
