From what I can gather from around the net, you can only get the single tickets.

Many thanks for the information. Just was thinking a bus pass just to go all over for the week would be great.
It would indeed. In Malta we got a weekly pass & could just hop on and off busses without fumbling about for change etc. 
As a resident of Rhodes, I confirm only single tickets are available.
If travelling from Rhodes Town you MUST buy tickets from the kiosk.
That will have the bus number printed on it & the nice people in the kiosk will probably tell you anyway
