Yes you can buy nappies at the Plaza but they are expensive as you daughter is 2 years old she has her own luggage allowance would'nt it be better to pack enough nappies for the duration of your stay at the Gran Ventana. Or is shopping for nappies just incase you run out of your supplies you are taking with you.
Weather in September Daytime temps are high 20's to low 30's and evening temps are around 24/25 degs you can get the late afternoon shower or rain over night but its hard to predict exaclty what the weather is going to be like that far ahead. The Dominican has been having some strange weather patterns this year not normally associated with what their weather should have been.
