yeh seen some there in our local house buyers paper very reasonable prices too.
The property is very cheap in Hurghada but there is usually a good reason for that . Whilst a development may be nice it has a good chance to be surrounded by rubble ,unfinished buildings and honking traffic .
I would consider carefully before buying there and definitely visit to survey your surroundings before committing yourself .
The nearby integrated resorts of El Gouna and Sahl Hasheesh are more expensive but of a much higher standard.
