Hello everybody
Has anyone had any response from the caa ,we lost all our flights on the goldtrail company when they went bankrupt with debts of £20 million pounds ,my family booked 8 flights costing £2325,we tried there telephone no and just get put on hold ,does anybody know how long it takes to get a refund as I have already booked 8 more flights on my credit card ,hopefully we will be going to turkey on august 16.

ive still not heard anything from caa sent my claim form to OTB 2 days after they went bust!
When XL went bust it took my parents about 5 months to get the money back from the CAA 
It takes months rather than weeks Im afraid. Keep a copy of everything and note phone calls is about all you can do. Perhaps phone OTB and make sure they have passed the form onto CAA
