And what about my cruise boat: Rosa del Nilo (Rose Nile)?

The Cruise will last for 3 nights. Besides the usual visit pack is there time to do other things? What do you recommend? In cruise drinks are not included: what's the average water bottle/soft drink/beer price?

In Cairo (4 nights) where can we get good, local, good price meals? Are there any special, less known places where we should go? And if we desire to book any local excursions do you recommend a local operator or our own (Travelplan)?
