Have not stayed in park apartments but know you can walk from CB to CM along the front, or ride, you also have a road running parallel with lots of shops, cafes etc.
Hope it helps

I've been to Cala Bona and we walked into Cala Millor along the front no problem. For more information on Cala Millor check out our resort reports here:- http://www.holidaytruths.co.uk/reviews/spain/balearic-islands/mallorca/cala-millor/

Thanks Roger for your reply. Will def. take a stroll into cala bona, sounds good to me. Plan to go July for 2 weeks, cant wait! Will write a review of hipotels cala millor park when I return. Cheers, Fiona.
Although I havent stayed in these apartments Im so taken with Cala Millor (and Ive stayed all over Majorca!) ..........that I just had to post to say you will love it!
Last year when I walked to Cala Millor from Cala Bona, there seemed to be some work being done on the front in Cala Millor (opposite end to Cala Bona). Its not there now so must be finished... there is a bar almost on the beach - not sure if I've just not walked that far before, but it looked new and really nice. Chairs, sofa's etc... all outside, very relaxing. Didn't get chance to go to it though.
Hi Tootsie and Louise, Just can't wait to get away! have been to Greece the past 4 years, now time for a change I think. Glad you've given it the thumbs up TTFN Fiona.
We stayed in Cala Bona last year and walked into Cala Millor every evening, it's lovely, very relaxing, lots of shops and restaurants and bars. We're going to Cala D'or this year, the year before we were in Puerto Pollensa, hope you have a nice holiday.
Thanks Orchidrose, hope you have a lovely holiday too.
We stayed in Cala Millor last year and often walked into Cala Bona or hired bicycles and went to Sa Coma - it is really flat so was fairly easy even in the heat. Lovely beach and some lovely shops to browse in. The resort was not too busy even in July and lots of the bars/pubs were quiet in the evening. I would particularly recommend The Oxford Blue restaurant/bar, the owner Steve was a wonderful host and went out of his way to cook you whatever you wanted -and made a special crepe with fresh fruit for me which was delicious. Hope you have a lovely relaxing holiday.
Unfortunately Kimi the Oxford Blue has shut down - think it was little bit off the beaten path and no fault of theirs. Steve was still in Cala Millor when I was there in May - sure they'll find somewhere else.
Yeah we found it only by accident! Such a shame as he was so enthusiastic but we noticed alot of the places very very quiet last July or half full at best - a sign of the times no doubt.
Like the look of the new cycle path along the promenade - wasn't there when we were there last year but will hopefully cut the risk of being mown down by those flaming big bikes as you stroll along the front.
Yes the Hotel Sur had closed when I was there in June. The cycle path makes a huge difference, didn't have any near misses this year!
We were in Sa Coma last month and walked to Cala Bona a couple of times . Noticed that the hotel had closed; it's a shame.
after reading the reviews, maybe not!!
Parga - the green pool sounds lovely doesn't it.....NOT!
Hi Tis, See your headng back too Cala Bona. Both me and the boss were in Palma nova in May, found that it has got very expensive, on certain things, such as ,drinks, and eats, so might have a rethink on where to go next year. Still hope you and your family have a great holiday... Come on the Boro.................
Yep, Cala Bona again for 2010 - we did think about the Greek islands but the 4.5 hour flight put us off (our eldest was left traumatised after turbulence last year). Think we'll be able to keep him calm for the 2.5 hours but an extra 2, I think would be pushing it.
With Lidl in Cala Millor we're hoping to keep cost down as well as taking stuff (ham/bacon/sausages) in a coolbag within suitcase - we generally only eat out once a day anyway, get buns/croissants for brekkie and then make sarnies for lunch so we should be okay.
Boro - well I hope they do come on......we will never live it down if Newcastle go back up and we stay down - a Smoggy living in the Toon has an awful life you know!
You have a great holiday too in 2010, let me know where you end up!
