Hello,
I've just stumbled onto your forum and found the advice amazing, Thanks everyone.
I've just booked a last min break for a week in Cala Millor stopping at the Hipocampo Playa Apartments. I've never been to this resort before, does anyone have any tips for eatingout, shops, entertainment etc
Any advice is much appreciated.
I'm flying on Fri morn from Newcastle and can't wait for the sun.
Cheers
Allan
Hi my family and i went to calla millor in october. It was a very quiet resort with not a great deal happening for us, but it was october after all and i think it was just starting to wind down, so a lot was closed. however on the food part we had quite a few good meals out there tapas and paella etc... there is a wide range of german cuisine as it seems to be more of a german resort. we had just been to Bulgaria in the June so when you have een there cala millor seems very quiet. Anyway a holiday is what you make it, just go and have fun!
Cala Millor will be lively in August.your apartments are a little walk to the main street 5 mina max. Lots of Germans in resort but a lot of English too. Rose and Crown Pub for good food and entertainment. There are other English bars mixed with Spanish and German. I am sure you will have a great time.
