I stayed in these villas about four years ago. From memory they are about a 15/20 minute walk from the resort centre. The resort centre is smallish and is based round the harbour. I don't think you would have problems walking to the harbour but from memory I think that there are stairs dotted round the harbour/resort centre that may impede your ability to access shops, restaurants etc...

To be honest as I wasn't using either a wheelchair or buggy I didn't fully notice if there where ways round it. What I would say is that they are plenty of families with very young children so I assume it should be ok. Maybe best to check with the tour operators or even people who can remember Cala n bosch a bit better.
