Does anyone have any information on either of these complexes.
Am I right in thinking the California Apartments are opposite Netto, with the El Dorado apartments on the opposite corner to the Columbus . I have seen interior pictures but what are they like from outside?

We stayed next door to the California two years ago and yes they are opposite the netto supermarket,looks like a good eating place right outside the apartments To noisy for us though but if your 18-30 looks like a wild time had by all.

I have stayed at the california apts and like jeanie says yes it is across the road from netto -maybe spar now i think

A good basic place to stay and yes it does get rather loud and that was in october
.
Also the cali bar outside the apts is also reccomended.

Calafonia apartments are ideal location, very basic but nice and clean - i stayed there last January and was well pleased with them. The Cali bar ooutside the apartments does the best breakfasts ever - would recommend these apartments
