hya, we have just come back from pdla last night and stayed at parque santiago 2 complex where we stayed last year, fab complex, really central as are all the parque santiago complex's .
we use a private rental through holidaylettings, if you check out the private rental sites there are loads on all these complex's and can usually work out cheaper getting your flights seperately as we only paid £300 for a gorgeous 2 bed duplex and flights for £440 for the 3 of us.
you can't go wrong with any of the parque santiago places.

I am also looking at staying at the Parque Santiago (III) in November. I've had a look at First Choice, and from Belfast it's coming out at £389 for a week SC. Hope this helps!

We booked a week in Parqe Santiago III two years ago from Belfast with Direct Holidays

We found that booking DIY by doing the flights separately (from Belfast anyway) didnt work out a lot cheaper for THIS complex as it is quite expensive to rent privately - is it definately this complex you want? We were able to get flights last year from Belfast with Jet2 for four of us return for £480 and paid £200 for a week privately in the Garden City complex in Porto Colom - its a nice complex also and its near the San Eugenio Centre - its within walking distance of loads of bars restaurants and even the centre of PDLA if thats what you want but far enough away to be "quiet"

..............also the apartments are all either privately owned or timeshare which means no mad clubbers on 18 - 30 holidays (nothing wrong with em mind but you say you dont want "barking"!).

It worked out for the whole holiday £680 for four of us - usually from Belfast you pay quite a bit more to Tenerife so we thought that was a fab price!
