Can anyone recommend a good hotel in Magaluf??

Hey guys,
Just booked flights to magaluf for 19th - 24th May 2011 and now I'm looking at hotels.
There's 4 of us going for my cousins 40th - 2 aged 40 and me and my friend aged 22!
Looking for something central to be able to walk to BCM/strip but some hotels I've seen are literally right next to BCM so might be a bit too rowdy for the older 2!
The two hotels we've seen are the Mallorca Rocks hotel and the Vista Sol Apartments. Both have good reviews on trip advisor but apparently the Vista Sol is on a big hill?

Any help would be mucha ppreciated

Vista Sol Apartments.are just outside of magaluf really.its not on a steep hill.infact most of the best bars on on a hill in magaluf anyway.Mallorca Rocks is run by Manumission people who used to run a club in ibiza.a few years ago they took over a hotel in ibiza putting bands on. and they took overmallorca rocks.so you will get no sleep at all there.

Vista Sol Apartments are nerxt door to magulaf in terrenova.with palmanova next door all 3 resort used to be on there own many years ago but now its all linked up making a great place to go.

so its s/c you fancy then and not a hotel.

Royal Beach Aparthotel would be nice to stay at.right on beach front.so then you can at least get a meal there or eat out.travelrepublic are cheap to use.

check that bcm will be open by then as well.
