We have just got back from a 1 week stay in the siesta 1. I am sooooo glad it was only 1 week. Our apartment was situated on the 1st floor 2 apartments away from the Red Lion Pub and the Reps stage area.

The noise from the entertainment wasnt a big problem even being right on top of it. All outdoor entertainment was over by 12am and then they closed the glass doors and continued the music inside we never heard anything once the doors were closed.

My problem is the attitude of the people there, there are a lot of children aged 13 upwards who creating havoc late at night totally unsupervised. Obviously the adults just dont care out of sight out of mind.

Being a mother of 3 myself there is no way my children would be allowed to run amock as these children were.

Last year we stayed at the Sol Alcudia centre in Alcudia totally different class of people there. I know which one I would prefer given the choice again.
