Sorry joolz, but I have just edited the extract from that attachment which you had already quoted in another post, as the original source was protected by copyright. Most material (text or images) which you see on other websites will be protected by copyright and may not be reproduced on our pages without permission, even if they come to you indirectly via e-mail.
