Just been informed our flight next October back from Cancun has been changed to a A330 with no premium cabin , TCX325. We had already paid for priority check in, premium cabin and had chosen our seats. We now find our seats will be allocated on arrival and our dread is being stuck at the window. Is there any way we can choose our seats?
To add insult to injury the email we received from TC didn't even mention the change, I had to scrawl through the ticket. Not good!
Try logging into your booking at https://www.flythomascook.com/RetrieveBooking.aspx#intcmp=hp_topnav_manage_main and see if you can do it on there.
Already tried that.
Did you book it online? If so have you tried the travel advisors on 0844 879 8401?
