We were very impressed by this complex of two or three bed apartments. Location is West of Kissimmee just off 192 in a very quiet road. Even with 70% occupancy, the pool area was almost always empty and we had exlusive use of a steam room, hot tub and sauna. The gym is a bit small and got crowded in the morning.
The staff were very friendly and always smiling and keen to help. As for the apartments themselves, I know people who have forked out tens of thousands of pounds on timeshares and have to pay more for their yearly maintenance fee than we paid here and the apartment was large, very comfortable and had everything you could want. It had a washing machine and dryer so all our stuff came out of our suitcases at home clean. A very large kitchen with more cupboards than you would possibly want, a double door fridge with icemaker and a dishwasher.
The sitting room had a television, master bed had a TV and DVD and the other bedroom had a TV. Both rooms had en-suite, the master had a very large bath and a shower that sleeps seven!
The only thing I was not too happy about was the soft beds. I'm used to a very firm mattress and I guess it's just a matter of personal preference, but it didn't make a huge difference once I got used to it.
I would definately return to Caribe Cove and it's ideal if you want to spend part of your vacation relaxing away from the parks and the crowds of International Drive.
