We have also been looking at the Casa Delfino. It does look great desn't it. We saw it being built the first time we went to San Steafanos and now to see it finished is great. It is situated right next to the beach which is a big plus as well. You can book independently or through Thomas Cook.

We saw this getting finished last october when we were next door at the vicky apts....they look good.....right on the beach....this area is the perfect bit for us....lovely sunsets.....but dont worry san stefanos is no all that big...and these are in the right part...

This must be the nicest Hotel / Apartments in the North of Corfu.

I lived out in San Stefanos for the most of last summer and I got to know the owners of this hotel quite well. Costas the owner and the rest of the family make all of their guests feel really welcome. They can't do enough for you.
The standard of the hotel is really 1st class for Greece, you can tell as soon as you see the hotel just how much hard work and money has gone into it. These apartments are outstanding. They have a fab restaurant at the hotel, the meals are really good value for the high quality you get.
If you go Jul/Aug when its warmer in the evenings you can dine outside this is a must even if its just to see the sun set. I have been to some places but the best sunset is here. The location is fab too, right on the beach and only 2 minutes walk into the centre.
I worked for 7 years in a travel agents before i left to work in Greece. If I still worked in travel i would be recommending these apartments to everyone. I did speak to hundreds of people last year staying at these apartments and I didn't hear one bad comment. Most people I spoke to were used to staying in 4/5 star Hotels, alot of people said this hotel was in a class of its own for Greece. I would have to agree.
