IMO I wouldn't go for air con. It always gives me a bad throat. I like just a ceiling fan above the bed. This keeps me perfectly cool and stops the mozzy's having a drink in the night. As for pool thats a fair enough comment.

You could get a holiday for as cheap as £450 per person. But it depends on what level of comfort your after.

Last year I stayed at the renton manor for £420. It was a great no frills hotel with a pool. But I can imagine older people wanting something a little more comfortable.

the children will be 11 and 9 would like to fly from birmingham if not any london airport.All we want is clean room and beds we never really stay in the hotel that much.

Hi Zoop, if the weather is as humid in March 08 as it was this year, then I think I would def consider air con. We usually only have a fan too but I wished we had air con this year!

just to let you all know,we have booked now £2400 for two weeks for four p[eople at the MD April 6th. It was by far the best price i could find.Thanx all for looking for us.

p.s.I agree Fizzy we went march/april this year and it was the hottest/humid i have know.

staying for 2 weeks at the marihna dourada flying from gatwick 6th April including all the extra luggage( only allowed 15kg now have to pay 25.00 each for the added 5 kg) and meals went to thomas cook first and they would do it for £2390.00 but my travel beat them for £2360.00.
