I was due to be arriving at Labranda Corralejo village on Monday 18th July yesterday I found out they have double booked the hotel and we are to be moved to a different hotel. There was due to be 10 of us in our party travelling and staying in the hotel all under different bookings, there are only 2 of us which have been moved to a different hotel.
Where do I stand? Is there anything I can do?
So stressed when its meant to be an exciting time counting down to our holiday which we've saved all year for its now becoming a nightmare.
